Red Wines
The Meerlust wine Estate producers a variety of fine red wines such as the Rubicon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir. The wines are all made from grapes grown on the Estate and matured in French oak.

Produced for the first time in 1995 Meerlust produces only one white wine namely Chardonnay. The wine is fermented and matured in French Oak and is made only from grapes grown on the Estate.
