  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 x 500g tins middle-cut hake
  • 3 or 4 slices white bread, soaked in lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsely
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinger
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

 

Method

Mix together all the ingredients, make into patties and roll them in bread crumbs. Fry the patties over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until crisp and golden.


Serve with potato chips and salad.
