VINIFICATION
The juice was allowed approximately 10 days skin contact. After the first fermentation in open steel tanks, the wine underwent secondary malo-lactic fermentation. Matured for 18 months in New French oak, followed by 24 months bottle maturation.
TASTING NOTES
A classic, deep ruby-red wine of subtle fullness, it has the complexity and elegance of a well-bred Cabernet. Naturally, it offers great ageing potential.
