Don't miss meeting the Cape's top-performing white wine and bubbly
producers at Caroline's White Wine Review on Wednesday 21 September
2011. To be held in the ballroom at the Westin Grand Hotel.
The sixty participating winemakers will be there to show you just one wine each, from 17h00 to 21h00. One-hundred-and-fifteen rand buys you a ticket to taste these 60 wines, and you will be able to place orders and get 15% off the total invoice that you place on the night. Most of the wines will be offered cheaper than cellar-door.
Some of the interesting people you will meet will be: Chris Williams of Meerlust, Paul Cluver, Jean Daneel, Carla Kretzel of Lammershoek, Eben Sadie, Pierre Wahl, John Loubser, Andre van Rensburg, Duncan Savage, Jeff Grier, David Nieuwoudt … to name just a few! There will be eight superb MCC bubblies, as follows: Bon Courage, Graham Beck, High Constantia, Haute Cabriere, Saltare, Silverthorn, House of Krone and Villiera. (Simonsig are celebrating their 40th anniversary of MCC on the night, so cannot be present this year).
